DIY #2 - curtains

After searching all over the internet for {cheap} curtains with the design I wanted and not much luck finding anything, I decided to make my own. I had a pair of white curtains that I bought on sale for $5 over a year ago and they had just been sitting in a drawer. It was time to put them to use! So I bought some paint:

 Found a stencil that I really liked at Micheals (I almost did large polka dots.. glad I found this instead) and went to work:

 

 

 

I'm pretty happy with the way they turned out! :) It really makes the room look better... tho as you can tell in the last pic, they're a bit too long so I might have to hem them up a bit. But, there it is! Now onto more projects :)
